You Hair will send you a confirmation / reminder via text message 2 days prior to your appointment. To confirm your appointment, please follow the instruction sent via text message.

You Hair will also send you a reminder text message on the day of your appointment 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service you have booked in for. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate you, however, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make a decision as to what change we can make to your service or alternatively create another booking.

You Hair are passionate about producing the best service possible for our valued clients, for this to be achieved You Hair will assess your hair health and provide appropriate advice to ensure our clients dont further damage their hair. You Hair reserve the right to refuse a service if your hair is in very poor condition.
